Patatas was born from the realization that the belgian potato industry was dealing with massive surpluses, leading to a lot of potatoes being wasted. This started a 3-year process to develop a truly Belgian spirit: upgrading the country's beloved root vegetable and transforming it into a smooth, flavourful and shameless drink. In essence: a pure potato vodka.Belgian potatoes, distilled in Brussels.
